DELIVERY POLICY
- 1. General Information
The orders placed for our products are subject to availability; and in case if you order products which turn out to be out of stock; we will accordingly refund the applicable amount of such order. We shall duly keep you informed in case of any such events.
In order to meet the timing demands of the customer and to fulfill the customers complete order; there can be a possibility of getting your single order delivered to you in multiple shipments in case any issue arises, which may happen due to the following, including but not limited to: – specific type of product and quantity ordered, missing items from the original dispatched order being re-sent, return and exchange of items and re-sending new items. - 2. Delivery Location
We will supply goods within entire territory of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at present. Any shipments outside of the UAE are not available for the moment. Customer is expected to provide the accurate and complete address for easy delivery. - 3. Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
There shall be a service charge of AED 10 for deliveries in UAE. If an order is AED 100 or above, there shall be no service charge applicable.
Order placement and Time Slots:
Based on the time of order placements, within the entire Emirate at present.
All emirates apart from Dubai will not be applicable for Next Day Delivery, if ordered after 8:00 PM.
Order placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered next to next day (Day after tomorrow)
There could be delays beyond the estimated time of delivery due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances and it will not be compensable.
Date of delivery may vary due to reaching our daily order limit, or due to specific items ordered. Products may also, in rare circumstances be delivered in separate shipments. Value Added Tax will accordingly be applicable on all orders
